Thankyou for shopping with DrFit! Need to return an item? No worries - we’ve made the process simple. Here’s all the information you need to return any items from your order.
To initiate the return process, please click on the following link: Return Portal. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to complete your return.
Conditions for return:
For safety and hygiene reasons undergarments, socks and opened supplements are unable to be returned
- Your item must be lodged in our returns portal and sent within 15 days from the date your order was received. If your return is not shipped within this timeframe this return may be canceled. (During peak sale periods this timeframe is extended to 28 days for Refunds & Exchanges. Storecredits have an extended timeframe of 60 days from when your order is received.)
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.
- Items must be free from odors, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or
animal/human hair. Returns showing these conditions will not be accepted.
- Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend opting for tracked shipping to safeguard your orders. DrFit cannot accept liability for international returns which are lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

At DrFit, we strive to make our returns process clear and straightforward.
By initiating a return through any of our available options, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed,
and free from damage or odours. Items that fail to meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible for return. Returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt, and if they do not meet the necessary criteria, they will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit. In such cases, you will be notified, and the items can be returned to you at your expense.
For those using our Instant Exchange or Shop Now options, additional conditions apply. By choosing these options, you authorise DrFit to charge the credit or debit card saved on your returns account for the value of any exchanged items if the original items are not received within the specified return window or are deemed ineligible upon inspection. Additionally, if items included in the transaction are not returned, you will be charged the full value of any unreturned items.
DrFit reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with these conditions. In such cases, you will be contacted, and any refused items will be sent back to you at your expense.
By proceeding with a return through any method, including Instant Exchange or Shop Now, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Return Timeframes
Our team works hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 2-5 business days for it to be finalised.
If your order was placed during a sale period, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed – this includes returns received after the sale has ended, as we work through the high volume of orders.
We appreciate your patience and will have your return sorted as soon as possible.
Faulty Returns
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at team@drfitco.com with your order number and photos of the fault/damage.
Refund
You are more than welcome to return your eligible items for a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used on your order. A $9.99 return shipping fee (Aus only) will be deducted from your refund amount. Once your refund has been successfully processed, it can take 2-5 business days for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank.
Store Credit (Australian Returns)
Opting for store credit comes with a little extra reward—you won’t be charged the $9.99 returns handling fee, giving you even more value back! Store credits can be used at any time on our website and do not have an expiration date.

Instant Exchange (Australia Only)
We offer "Instant Exchanges" for your convenience, allowing you to place your exchange order right when you submit your return request. Please be aware that a temporary authorisation will be placed on your credit card for the full amount of the exchange order for 7 business days. If your return isn’t sent back within 21 days of submitting the request, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. Make sure to have your parcel scanned as received when you drop it off and keep the receipt as proof.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to Instant Exchanges, as our system does not allow edits once processed.
Please note, a $9.99 handling fee will be charged at submission for any Instant Exchanges or Shop Now returns. This handling fee covers return shipping costs.
Finally, please remember that all orders, including exchanges and "Shop Now," are subject to our standard return policy.
We are unable to process exchanges or refunds for items that have already been exchanged. If this is the case, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Final Sale
Any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible to be returned for a store credit or refund, as outlined in the product description.
Final sale items can be exchanged for the same style and colour in a different size, subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we appreciate your understanding that no return or further exchange can be processed.
I paid with a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' option, how does my return work?
Store Credit or Exchange: If you choose store credit or an exchange, your scheduled payments will continue as originally set.
Refund: If you opt for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Any outstanding payments will be canceled, and any balance already paid will be refunded.
How will my refund be processed if I paid for my order with a gift card and another payment method?
If you paid for part of your order with a gift card and covered the remaining balance with another payment method, your refund will first be applied to your gift card, as it was the initial payment method used. Any remaining refund amount will then go to your secondary payment method.
